    Hey all!
When selling merch to fundraise with, what do you find is the most successful way of advertising or getting people to buy?
We just came out with these "Rescue is Rebellion" hats, and sell them online & in person for $15. Our following & movement is sort of grunge/metal.  We're a small exotic rescue, and our following is full of animal activists, vegans, and total liberationists. So the "rebellion" part was something I'd assume would hit home.
Here is the link to our listing, as well as an attatched photo.

    Thanks!

    Hi Brittany,

We've had some decent success with promoting our merch on social media and emails to our contact database.

I'm not an expert on Instagram or FB algorithms but you can try searching a a bunch of phrases that apply to your work or appeal to the types of people that tend to support you.  #grungelife #rescue , etc. The higher number of other people that have used that tag  might indicate popularity but I'm not sure.  Select a couple you like then tag your posts with that.

Because your hat is non-specific to wild exotics, you have a lot of potential to sell to animal welfare people at large that identify with the "rescue" message!
