I am looking for an inexpensive Universal Microchip Scanner, if one exists in the wild. I know there are plenty of cheap scanners available, but they, unfortunately, dont scan all chips. It would be great if Home Again, Avid or other scanner/chip manufacturers would offer affordable refurbished scanners to small rescues or individuals who do rescue.
