  • 1.  Objects (inexpensive/high return on invest) pet items to sell at vaccine clinic

    Posted 09-19-2024 07:52 AM

Looking for ideas that our nonprofit organization can purchase in BULK (or make inexpensively) and sell through our upcoming Drive-Thru Vaccine Clinic.

    Ideally for $5-$10?

Specialty dog/cat treats are fairly inexpensive and easy to make. Look on Pinterest for recipes. Also, people are into the rubber wrist bands that show support. They are inexpensive as well. You can get 100 buttons with different support sayings on them at Amazon for $25 or less.

If you do this, make sure to word it as a suggested donation.  Otherwise it is an unrelated business income (since it's not vaccines) and you would have to pay taxes on it.
