    Hello animal welfare community!

I currently work on the management team of an organization that is between 40 - 48 employees and looking to restructure a bit. There is an obvious need for some responsibilities to shift in order to help with our current (and very high) turn over. I was hoping to get some ideas of how other organizations are structured. Would anyone willing to share with me how the positions in your organization are structured, who they report to, etc.?

    Thank you!

We are about half the size of your organization, and we did a complete restructuring of our organization about a year and half ago - it was a LOT, but it has been really worth it! We adjusted some roles, eliminated one, and added a couple to help focus our programming in the direction(s) that best fit our mission. I attached our org chart to this post (PT = Part Time, and with the number of PT positions noted). I hope it goes well for you too!
