Hi Everyone,
Over these past couple of years, we have seen a huge increase in surrender requests for rabbits and guinea pigs; so much so that we are running out of space to house everyone while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and disinfection. We're currently using ex-pens for our rabbits and guinea pigs, with smaller pocket pets housed in Critter Nations. For a myriad of reasons, we're looking to reconfigure our small animal living spaces, and are investigating pros and cons of using large cage banks for rabbits, in particular. Would anyone be willing to provide feedback on these cages, or anything similar, for rabbits? Paw Brothers Large White Modular Cage Complete
We'd only create banks two-cages high, and we would not use the floor grates for small animals. In addition to the cages, we would add a large exercise area for enrichment and interactions with prospective adopters.
I'm also interested in pictures of your small animal rooms, if you're willing to share. Thanks in advance for your help!
