I'm doing some research on the current challenges faced by animal welfare organizations that could be solved by new or better processes or procedures. Issues that come to mind include adoption processes, foster engagement, volunteer recruitment and retention, hiring and onboarding, data management, workflows, and communication. Is your organization facing any of these challenges? What other pain points do you have? Any and all input is most welcome and appreciated! Thank you!

    Hey there,
These are great questions! I am a part of the Doobert team and one of the great things that I get to do is connect with other rescues and shelters about these similar issues and I work with them on how to solve those problems.

You asked about some issues that other organizations might be facing around adoption processes and a huge struggle that we have heard about when connecting with them is the tracking of adoption applications and the information being in too many different places. Everyone wants an easier process for collecting data, referencing that data if an adopter comes back to their organization to adopt another pet or a step further, if they need any type of assistance for that pet, etc. Doobert's case management module might be something to look into to help with these issues because you can keep all the data in one place, communicate with the potential adopter right from the case, and easily search for how many times that person has reached out to you to adopt or any other reasons.
Similar struggles you mentioned like, foster engagement, volunteer recruitment and retention, hiring and onboarding, data management, workflows, and communication. Doobert's case management module would be a great solution for all of these because you can have a case for just about anything or any program within your organization, communicate directly to your case contacts right from the dashboard, set up automatic workflows that can help relieve some of the back forth for you, and many other things.
Hopefully, this helps to answer some of your questions that other rescues and shelters struggle with these same things. If you'd like to learn more about how other organizations are using Doobert to help aid their processes let me know and we can connect to try and answer any questions you may have!
