Hi! I am the volunteer director of a small cat rescue. In addition to a shelter, we run a low cost spay/neuter program and also TNR a few colonies in our county. We are currently applying for a few different grants from our city/county and I am trying to find data on the impact stray cat colonies have on property values. I am hoping to show that by us managing the number of strays in our community, that we are helping to improve property values. A lot of the complaints we get from the community about the stray cats is that they are making the community look "trashy" and destroying their property. I have provided them with information on how TNR limits territorial marking , cat fights, cats wandering long distances, etc. Thanks!
