Thank you, Julie! We own our van as well, but do not have steady drivers. The drivers we have been using were recommended but not reliable or following our instructions. I'm thinking we need to draw up a transport plan and list of instructions with proper follow up.

We actually own our own van, and one of our volunteers regularly drives it. In addition, we have a few other trusted volunteers who step in to help with transportation as needed. This system has worked well for us because we know our drivers personally and can rely on them to follow our protocols for safety and care.
