Subject: Shelter and Rescue Support Call - Monday 6/27/22 - Website Marketing and Jacksonville Humane Society's Long Stay Task Force
Please join us for another exciting Monday's Shelter and Rescue Support Roundup call! This will also be our last Monday 10am CT call!
We will take a short summer break before the official start of our newly combined (Monday and Friday calls) collaborative event beginning on JULY 18TH! We will send you full details and registration information regarding the new call separately!
This Monday we will feature two exciting sessions:
Session One:
We frequently invest our time improving our social media presence, customer service, and email marketing when often the first touchpoint a person has with our organization is through our website. @Rebecca Cavedon, Digital Content Manager at the Humane Rescue Alliance, will talk about why your website is your most valuable marketing tool. She will also share simple methods for how anyone can collect website data to improve user experience, gain important insights about user behavior, and answer questions you may have thought you would never know the answer to!
Session Two:
@Lindsay Layendecker, Director of Community Partnerships, and COO, @Lawrence Nicolas, Jacksonville Humane Society will join us to discuss the Long Stay Task Force, a group of medical, behavior, foster, and communications team members that meet once a month to create best practices for pets reaching milestones of 30, 60, 90, and 110 days in care, highlighting wins and challenges of this program. They will also discuss the objectives of the Florida Leaders and Lifesaving initiative including partnership building and available resources through the Lifesaving University.
