I'm wondering how other animal welfare organizations handle their scheduling for the public to surrender their animals to their facilities. We are currently using SharePoint as a way to schedule appointments and we have a form on our website that sends emails to us in a jotform format. We also answer calls or do callbacks for voicemails. As well as emails that go directly to our operations manager.
Is there an easier or more efficient scheduling software that other shelters use? Unfortunately, we aren't able to get back to all of our emails and calls(this is usually done by our operations manager or me, the intake manager, when she is out of office).
Is there some other way that is more streamlined or a software for self scheduling we could look into?
Would love to know how other organizations handle this.
