You've come to the right place! I did a quick search of "SOPs" here on the forum (top right search field) and found a bunch of SOPs other forum members have shared over the years in our forum library including the two awesome cat and dog intake SOPs Kirstin mentioned above. There's even a "generic SOP template" from the ASPCA.

Hi everyone! The rescue shelter I work at is trying to write all of our SOPs, everything from intake, care, through to adoptions. I have never written SOPs before, and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share the SOPs from the shelters and/or rescues you work at? I do see there are some shared in other forums, but I can't seem to find intake SOP examples in particular.
