Kyla, hope this is working well. Our rural SPCA has hosted 24 clinics a year for over 8 years and all are fully booked. Word of mouth & social media help in letting folks know the dates.
Prices are set a modest amount below local vet clinics. Local government does provide some funding for low income owners under a Spay Neuter Assistance Program SNAP - can use any funding stream. Search Maddies for a nice sample SNAP form, which in itself, explains a lot about the program. Lower costs do help to keep the schedule full.
Another factor that helps is that our clinic is mobile. This helps in our rural 2-county area in that we schedule clinics throughout the service area, though the majority are held outside our facility.
Hope this helps.

Subject: Upcoming Spay & Neuter Day with a Mobile Clinic!
Hi Everyone!
I am so excited about having a mobile veterinary clinic, new to our rural area, that is FULL SERVICE! I am working to get some of the residents in our little town, to utilize this event.
I am going to be asking a few of our local businesses if they would like to sponsor/donate as many cannot afford it "in full" for the cost.
What are your best strategies for getting the word out on social media when Facebook tends to turn the algorithm down so much?
I am simply ecstatic about this, I'm on cloud 9 right now!
