Thanks for responding, Maria. No, we have a data tracking system. This is an electronic voucher that lists the services that we will pay for after adoption and that you can use at one of multiple vets that contract with us to provide those services. Think of it like a coupon. But, it's different per dog.

It sounds like you need some sort of data tracking system? Are you already using some type of database or software?

We adopt out a lot of puppies - most have not had their full set of vaccines and or may need a repeat fecal if they tested positive for giardia and are taking meds when adopted. Some of our dogs are medical - they may need ongoing care if they had an FHO, for example, from bandage changes to radiographs. Or maybe they need alteration when they are over an infection or whatever the reason it couldn't be done, yet. They have to get the services at specific vets that we contract with.
We have a voucher we created - a PDF - that we send out to them. It has the services listed and we put a check mark in the services they get. But, I really don't like how it works, it's hard to read/understand, and it isn't as editable as we need. I don't know exactly what I want - cuz I don't know the possibilities.
For those of you who use vouchers, how do you create them? Any examples you could share?
