Small & Mighty Organizations

Giving Tuesday is only a month away. It seems every year it sneaks up on us. I am curious, as small organizations, do you plan a campaign ahead of time for Giving Tuesday or do you just wing it? 

In the past, we did a breakdown of what it cost to feed our sanctuary animals per day, week, month and asked donors to cover the cost of feed for a day or week. I would love to hear your campaign ideas and how you share your campaign with your supporters. 

We run a 7 day social media plea leading up to Giving Tuesday. We have been able to get donors to nation money coming in for a greater incentive. This year we are having volunteers do short videos to use during the week before. They are definitely amateur but hopefully appeal to the public.
