Let's start this week out with a reminder to take just 5 minutes for yourself to breath. I love this mindfulness meditation. What tools do you use to ground yourself when needed?

    Hi Candice,

    Thanks for this post.

Yes, meditation is an important part of how I start my day every morning.

And, when others are talking about how much stress that  they are feeling ... Suggesting that they start meditating is often my first suggestion.

I usually refer people the the UC Los Angeles website. As they have an entire segment of their university dedicated to studying the benefits of meditation.

"For me meditating is ground zero for supporting the caregiver." --This is a wonderful point, Leslie. Thank you for sharing the link to UCLA's Mindful Meditations!

Candice, thank you for sharing the guided meditation. It's amazing how taking just five minutes can make such a difference.

I love this reminder - sometimes just 5 minutes of mindful breathing can totally reset the day! I also use quick body scans and deep breathing exercises when I need to ground myself. Plus, taking my daily supplements from Pharmacy B2B has helped me feel more balanced and supported overall. Thanks for sharing this!

Thank you for the reminder of how important even 5 minutes can be for mental health and productivity!  I started the meditation video and had just closed my eyes, and at that moment, my husband got ice from the ice maker, (I work from home for my day job) and the Rescue's phone # rang. I felt paranoidly defeated, but I'm not going to give up that easily.  Even those 10 seconds felt good, and I will hit it again when he leaves for work and I can shut off my phone or leave my desk!
