With an increase in dog fostering of 73% this year, there's a lot we can learn from Memphis Animal Services. At this meeting they'll be talking about how their foster, volunteer and communications staff work together to inspire their community to foster, how pets are marketed from foster homes and how they make the program a priority at their organization.
