I see over 900 viewed my post. I'm trying to find out why no one can help. These dogs will be going through another cold winter with just a bed in the cement building. No blankets allowed, no toys, no human contact except the one feeding them. I took a video of it too. The one over the shelter is the sheriff here. Now if posted all I know with proof, I know in a small town in Arab Myself & family will face retribution. If everyone here loves animals, why can no one show me where to find help?
