When I’m told it doesn’t work my reply is so how’s that old method of catch and kill working out for you?  (Wait for an answer).  That method has been in place for decades and  if  that  was working there wouldn’t be an issue or this conversation.  There is a sever over population of outside cats nation wide.  So how about we try something  different?  What can it hurt sure can’t make the population grown where TNR has been put into place .  You of course can word it a lot differently but that’s the jest of it.
