I recently updated the behavior tracking sheets that we use in our shelter. My favorite addition is the section for staff to report what the environment was like while the behavior was happening which is really helpful when trying to diagnose the source of the behavior. You may also notice some areas that mention "locked villas" or villages. At our shelter, one of the housing options in our adoption space is a small room that can house one to two cats. We have both locked and unlocked villas, the locked ones are generally used for cats with a bite history or have other behavior issues that would cause us to not want the public to be going in and out of the room all day long, picking up and messing with the cat (think very fearful or overstim cats). If your shelter doesn't have something like this, it is really simple to remove and either replace with what you currently use, or just expand the notes section.
