As a Human Resources professional in the Animal Welfare sector, it is my job to support those who support the animals. As such, I've developed this 'Going Home Checklist' for our staff (inspired by a similar list from a hospital nearby).
I distributed to our staff digitally, but also printed and laminated wallet-sized cards so our staff can keep in their pockets if they'd like.
It serves as a simple reminder to acknowledge the day, and to check on your teammates (and yourself) prior to heading home.

I LOVE this! We had a (luckily brief) bad moment during kitten season this year, and mgmnt sent out articles about compassion fatigue, but we could all use those little reminders over the entire year. Thank you for sharing!!!
