Animal memos are one of the most important things we do at Cincinnati Animal CARE. Memos in PetPoint are how we communicate internally and how we get everyone on the same page regarding an animal or person. Most CAC staff will be asked to write a memo while employed at CAC so this guide is intended to set standards and expectations for all staff to follow. Great memos are critical to the safety of our staff and the public, as well as, they provide the information we need to make important (sometimes life or death) decisions. Strong memos also ensure the organization isn’t open to liabilities related to lack of information.
