I'm Lexi Kaul and I work for Pet Helpers Adoption Center and Spay/Neuter Clinic in Charleston, SC. I have designed a Behavior Matrix/Protocol for both dogs and cats, while consulting with other rescues, trainers, and handlers . Each 'challenge' is listed with a definition of the term, three stages of progression, as well as interventions for each step. The matrix moves similar to a timeline of when the behaviors first present until they become severe. As we know, the early the intervention is the better!
