"We only have about 54 foster homes, so I just keep a spreadsheet with the names of fosters and which animals they have, when they are 4 weeks of age, 8 weeks of age, and when they are scheduled to come in. It is easier for me that way since we have a smaller foster base. I have attached a partial screenshot of my spreadsheet.  We sent out about 400 animals to foster last year so I realize that this probably isn't ideal for a larger foster base. "
