    Hello Fellow One Health Enthusiasts,
     
    I am excited to announce that this year's Georgia One Health Symposium will take place at Mercer Medical School in Macon, Georgia, on Friday, September 25.
     
    We have a wonderful lineup of events planned, including a networking session at the Capricorn Museum on the evening of Thursday, September 24. Additionally, we will host an open house at People & Pets Project new One Health Center on Saturday, September 26, from 10 AM to 1 PM. Further details regarding the open house will follow soon.

    Collaborate. Connect. Advance One Health in Georgia.

    We're excited to invite you to the second annual Georgia One Health Symposium, taking place on

    September 24-26th at Mercer University in Macon, GA.

    This statewide event will bring together professionals from across sectors to explore the vital intersections of human, animal, plant, and environmental health. Expect a dynamic program filled with:

     Panel discussions
     Speed talks
     Breakout sessions
     Networking events

    Deadline to register: August 31st

    Key topics will include zoonotic diseases, education & policy, mental health, and more cross-cutting One Health issues. 

    The Symposium is designed to foster collaboration, build professional networks, and expand awareness of One Health initiatives across Georgia. Whether you're a researcher, educator, practitioner, or policymaker, this is your chance to contribute to a healthier, more connected future.
