The Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences at Washington State University (WSU) is seeking an established scientist and leader to build on the college's rich legacy of the human animal bond established by Dr. Leo Bustad and to lead an interdisciplinary initiative that will link human and animal health. The successful applicant will fill an endowed chair position and will lead an initiative to develop a partnership for interprofessional education, research and service between WSU and the University of Washington's Center for One Health Research. This newly created initiative entitled The Human-Animal Wellness Center (HAWC) is in its early stages of development.
