TNVR in Other Countries – Protocols
We're an independent MASH-style TNVR team working primarily in Myanmar (currently in the midst of a civil war) and Thailand. We are currently sterilizing and vaccinating over 700 dogs (and some cats) per month across 3 locations.
We're looking to connect with others doing similar work internationally. What protocols or adaptations have you found effective in low-resource or conflict-affected settings? We're especially interested in surgical standards, rabies vaccination strategies, community engagement, and post-op care in the field.
Also, what tools or systems are you using for data tracking - such as animals sterilized/vaccinated, geographic coverage, repeat captures, and outcomes?
