2024 Open Arms Challenge

Hi, Maddie's Fund Staff - 

I see that our participation reports are due by May 15.  Can you point me in the direction of the report form?  I'll be out-of-town on the date it's due so I'm trying to get myself organized so I get it in on time.  :-)

Good morning, Karen! I actually went looking for this information this morning as I am trying to get myself organized!! Here is what I found....

Submit your Participation Report through the Maddie's Fund Grants Portal to be considered for one of the awards.  This report will be due Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 5pm Pacific Time.  You will receive emails once the challenge ends reminding you to submit your report.  You can view a sample of the report on our website.
