Anyone have a recommendation for an accountant or accounting firm that offers non-profit rates (discounted from Commercial Rate) for completing and re-filing the 990 tax return for a large foster-based rescue in Arkansas? One of the members of our Transport Coalition needs to find an experienced accountant. The work could be done remotely so doesn't have to be a local accountant (they are in a rural area).
