We are looking to re-brand our Employee of the Month program - what are other orgs doing to appreciate & recognize outstanding staff members?

We call ours "Paws for Excellence." It's supposed to be kind of a double wordplay. Raising your hand (or paw) to nominate your co-workers (as that's how it works) and, since they get recognized, we all "pause" to recognize their excellence. The staff member who wins the month gets 1/2 day PTO and use of a special reserved parking spot for the following month. They also get recognized at staff meetings.
