I'm looking for examples of simple, contractual agreements between shelters and veterinarians who work as independent contractors. We're currently working with a veterinarian who performs TNR and some S/N surgeries on shelter animals on an at-will basis and is concerned that our contractual agreement may be too broad and overreaching.
