I'm fostering a 3mo Carpathian Shepard mix female. We currently are fostering two German Shepard and have are personal dogs. I've noticed though when the dogs approach me she will get in my near me and bark at them especially at the terrier. I only just brought her home, am I doing something wrong?

Seems this dog is in a survival relationship with you and feels the need to protect you from anyone that wants your attention. 

It can escalate to obsessive guarding and fear aggression on leash and with people hugging you. 

To improve this you need to establish clear boundaries, clear job description, strong obedience skills, include role play with other dogs. 

Make sure you’re not offering “free Norice” but you’re only available by consent.
