Here are newly available resources to help you navigate the constantly changing COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 Shelter Town Halls hosted by Best Friends
You are invited to attend the first in a series of COVID-19 Shelter Town Halls. There's a ton of great information being shared on various forums, and we know it's a lot to navigate. This Town Hall is designed to address and take questions around some of the trending topics we are seeing that aren't being covered by other webinars, as well as to share what's working for you (and what's not) in this rapidly changing COVID world. We will also reserve time for an open forum to hear which topics would be most useful to discuss and which problems would most benefit from a live crowd-sourced solution.

First Town Hall is Thursday, March 26, from 5 - 5:45 p.m. CDT will focus on these topics before we open up the floor:
    - Lifesaving Operations when shelters are closed or modified-open
    - Handling staffing and volunteers during COVID-19, and having a staffing and back-up plan
    - Organizations supporting one another
    Register here for Thursday, March 26, from 5 - 5:45 p.m CDT

In an effort to save your inbox, several animal welfare organizations are working together to send an "Animal Welfare Daily Digest" to provide you with accurate and timely COVID-19 information. The Daily Digest will be sent Monday through Friday with the most current resources related to COVID-19.
Visit here to see an example of the daily digest and click here to subscribe to the mailing list. At the bottom of the digest email, there is additional information on how you can submit content to be included in the Animal Welfare Daily Digest.

Webcast: Best Practice Strategies Before, During and After the Pandemic with Dr. Sara Pizano

Register here for Thursday, March 26, at 2pm EST
