Our agency is looking for help in retrieving some information.  Can anyone help us with finding the national return to owner rate and if anyone knows the Florida return to owner rate, from municipal shelters.

I can't get in and don't have time to fight it. They need to file an IPRA, asking for the specific information, which can be done by using the form for that public entity, or just a written request. Keep copies, 3 day requirement for response, then 15 day requirement for production of records.
