I am asking for guidance from any shelters doing a shelter intervention/pets for life type program. We would like to start this on a small scale and I am currently working on the program layout and budget. I was wondering if any shelter would be willing to share their program budget with me. I am trying to wrap my head around the items they are including, etc. That way when I propose the program, we have a good idea on budget. I've got it going but can certainly use some help.
