Help needed in Hawaii, urgently

Does anyone here happen to have a vacant home on the Kona side of the Big Island of Hawaii? A client of our free public service program for helping fearful and feral dogs and their owners recently moved in order to give her recently rescued fearful-feral dog a better, less triggering environment only to find that she was lied to about the quietness of the place; the upstairs neighbor is very obnoxious and loud and is now purposely making noise, and the dog is suffering quite a bit as a result. This extremely fearful dog and her owner are desperately in need of a move immediately.
