Length of stay, and adoption rate.

Aloha! This is an awesome question...because I'm actually stuck on the island of Maui (not really stuck :) for 6 more weeks.  I would bring my measure of volunteer retention and length of stay for the kitties in my rescue.  

Community spays/neuters and adoptions

foster recruitment/retention, and rate of adoption returns

Intake vs. Adoptions and foster/volunteer retention.

Intake vs. adoptions, LOS broken out by shelter cats/kittens vs. foster care.

Length of stay and Spay/Neuter Count.
