I am a strong beleiver in taking care of animals and leaving them in the environment. for the past two years I have taken care of a couple of stray cat colonies this year I have a couple of cats with kittens and I was feeding them and taking care of them, but they seem to have developed some skin rash and I beleive they may have fleas.

I really do not want to turn them in to ashelter, but at the same tiem I can not afford to take all of them toa vet and can not leave them like this. Please help me with any resources and or ideas to take care of this without having to turn them in to a shelter.

First of all I would seek help getting them spayed and neutered. At the same time a flea treatment can be done. But battling fleas while the cats are reproducing is putting the cart before the horse.

Ask your shelter if they can help with TNR, or RTF (return to field), check with all local animal organizations, Alley Cat Allies Feral Friends network, and FixFinder. If nothing close, expand your search. To get a colony of cats fixed it might pay off to drive somewhere not so close.

I am looking for a TNR to help, I was also looking for resources that may help with treatment for the fleas and or skin rash or possibly ringworm.

Cats are sensitive. I have always been wary of using chemicals on them, and it seems like I have the best solution now.
Use Jasper flea and tick spray on them and you no need worry after. I have been using this product for my cat for one month and I can see a better result.

If there is an area where they tend to sleep you can sprinkle the ground or bedding with FOOD GRADE diatomaceous earth.  That will help control the flea issue.  It is available at most feed stores and also pet stores (but probably more expensive than at the feed stores).  Just make sure that you purchase food grade - it will not hurt the cats if they ingest some and it can actually help with parasite control as well.  And definitely get the cats spay/neutered.
