I recently started at a low-cost, high volume spay/neuter and outpatient clinic and I'm wondering what others use for their practice management software? Do you like your software?  Why or why not?

We also operate a community cat and adoption program.  Currently using an outdated version of IntraVet.

The spay/neuter clinic I work at uses a excel spreadsheet to manage scheduling and records as well as donor and volunteer information. I researched many different software offerings and found no true solution that would be more effective or efficient since our programs to do not fit into "shelter" or "veterinary practice" categories.
