Hi I’m a new cat owner of two beautiful ladies. A senior Lucy who is 13 and an adult Luna who is 2. I have two litter boxes and will be using the Yesterday’s News pellet litter for both of them once I finish transitioning. How much litter do I actually need each month? The girls are using small litter boxes and seem content with there only being one box each. I plan to scoop at least once daily and completely clean out the box weekly and replace all the litter. Hi, that depends on what kind of litter you’re using, and how often you plan on cleaning it. It also matters how many cats you have. For 2 cats you need 4 litter boxes ideally.
