This may apply too a lot of you, just a few, or maybe even none. Personally I experience bad skin problems while doing this. Maybe it's from stress I'm not too sure though. I found this great page on Facebook called dermagenicss about 3 months ago. They've helped me tremendously with my skincare. I'm only making this post just incase anyone is having similar issues at me and need a solution. If i helped even one person i'll be satisfied.
