Joe, thank you so much for participating this morning. I love your post redemption survey and I can't wait to see what the results show and what you do with the information. If anyone else on this thread has started something similar, please let me know.

During the RTH discussion on 10/4/21 several individuals requested a copy of the survey our Communications Team at the ARL of Iowa designed to gather input on our RTH processes and provide recommendations for improvement. Below is a link to our survey which is probably the best way to experience the information in the survey and how it is being collected. If you take the survey just indicate it was a "TEST" in the text box on the "Is there anything else you would like to share with us?" which is the last questions in the survey. Also feel free to recommend any changes or suggestions that might help us improve the survey in this same box. This will allow me to delete the survey results that are N/A AND improve this important tool simultaneously.

I'm super jazzed about Monday morning! Lost pet prevention and reunification is most certainly the least expensive, easiest thing to do. Not to mention that it's best for the animal and their humans. Hear from a few shelters that won $$$ revamping their lost to found programs. Most importantly, how did their culture change with regard to this topic? Did their officers embrace it? How are they using volunteers to help? What are they doing now? If you are new to the RTH conversation, you will love this. If you think you are doing it all, you may be suprised. See you Monday!!!!

Monday, MONDAY, MONDAY! (I hope you said that in an increasingly louder booming "salesly" voice)
That's right-- the next Shelter & Rescue Support call will be held on Monday, 10/4, at 8:00am Pacific with HASS's host with the most, @Bobby Mann! And just when you thought it was going to be about ONE super awesome topic... we're gonna double-down... there will be TWO super awesome topics! Check out the sessions below.
Session One - @Caitlin Quinn: HeARTs Speak is a nonprofit organization on a mission to make effective marketing and communications more attainable for shelters, rescues, fosters, and volunteers. Making genuine and lasting connections with community members is central to working with people and pets, so HeARTs Speak provides training, guidance, and turnkey creative tools that are custom-built for the unique work of animal welfare.
Caitlin is excited to talk about why the organization is so passionate about redefining "marketing" for our field and about the role of community engagement in building trust, demystifying operations, and making programs more impactful.
Session Two - @Gina Knepp: Join Gina Knepp, with Michelson Found Animals, as she chats with grantees from the recent Maddie's/Michelson No Place Like Home Challenge. Incredible strides have been made with increasing lost pet reunification. Hear directly from award winners to learn what worked and what your organizations can be doing differently to keep people with their pets. The list of organizations will include Marin Humane, Pet Adoption League of Gem County, Animal Rescue League of Iowa, Portsmouth Humane Society, LifeLine Animal Project, Washoe County and Oakland Animal Services.
Haven't joined a Monday call yet? Register for the call if you haven't already. You only need to register once and then can join any of the Monday calls you'd like. Grab a friend and come join the fun! It's a great way to start your week! If you can't make the call, be sure to check this post at the end of the day on Monday -- we'll share the video recording, full agenda and resources that were shared during the call.
Now get on with your weekending! See you on Monday 👋
