Good morning,GaDaH is planning to send around 8,000 pounds of cat and some dog food down to Louisiana or anywhere that is needed, hopefully next week.I was wondering if there was anyone who is in a position to accept and ensure fair and distribution is allocated where needed.I am still working on getting it down there, I am located in Maine and have a shuttle bus which we are loading up, but need to find a driver, or maybe someone to meet me half way in VA to cross-load and take down. I also have someone donating 40 dog food bowls and around 60 leashes and will still try to see what else we can gather up.
I am in several FB groups in regards to IDA, but want to make sure that the food goes to where is needed.I also could "possibly" bring some dogs back to transfer into rescue as I do have some kennels open and also communal areas.
