Our foundation board lacks the time and experience to effectively promote our programs and achievements on social media and other channels. Volunteer-led efforts have not reaped the consistent rewards we need for ongoing success. The board agrees we should test out a part-time, freelance publicist for these efforts and see how it goes.
But before we move forward on finding an expert publicist, I'd love to know if any orgs here have experience hiring one, and how it turned out for you.
