We hosts Bi-Annual vaccine clinics in our community. This year we invited veterinary students to participate to give access to care. It was an AMAZING accomplishment! We had 14 students and the teaching vet make a 3 hour trip. Students were able to give physical exams and answer questions for pet parents under the supervision of licensed vets. It was a total win-win! The students were able to get hands on experience,and pet parents were able to get questions answered,and it created an atmosphere of trust with the community.
We are thrilled with the results!
