Hey y'all! I hope this is okay to ask here -- but I'm wondering what other folks might be using to meet their donor management/CRM needs.

I've been doing a lot of research recently, trying to find the best solution for small rescue groups/nonprofits to manage their data with minimal headache.

So many of the groups I've connected with seem to have a hodge-podge of systems for this and that -- but none of them talk to each other, and inevitably something falls through the cracks. Individually, they are good. But as a complete operating system, they're just to cumbersome and disparate to be effective.

In my quest to find something more "one-stop-shop," I've started looking at Monday.com. Does anyone currently use this platform?

Their tools for nonprofits seem compelling. Just wondering if they live up to the hype, or whether it's just good marketing.

All feedback is very much appreciated! Many thanks.

Hi Brianna! I've used NETWORK FOR GOOD, and it worked well after the initial setup (which is always challenging). It's about $400/month, and they have a guarantee. Sorry, I'm not familiar with Monday.com.  Good luck!

    Hi Brianna,
I would definitely like to hear feedback from other rescues that are utilizing this system. It is frustrating to have internal management systems that do not communicate with each other to pull the information needed at one time, and working with a software company to build a software to accommodate the different needs of rescues is extremely time consuming and can be pricey. The organizations that you connected with, did they have multiple systems because of the various programs that are offered? For instance we have a separate system to handle our high volume spay/neuter clinic, another to handle our full service clinic,  2 animal management systems utilized by our county shelters, and a community outreach database, and that's not including software to engage with our clients as phone and emails can get clogged and some situations require a more timely response.

    Thank you
