We are curious as to what type of asset management software program groups are using with various equipment?

We are mainly a TNR group and are having a difficult time tracking our trapping equipment, both live traps and drop traps and our carriers.
This has become more of an issue as we are helping more folks in the community trap their own cats and bring to us for transport to clinics. We have also grown quite a bit and have multiple trappers, so our equipment isn't as centralized.
Many of the folks we help are on the lower income side with no credit.

We are looking for something with a mobile app and hopefully the ability to have multiple users. Sortly seems to be an option but limited users. Asset Panda seems to be a bit expensive for what we need. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization.

    Thank you.

Consider checking out EZOfficeInventory for your TNR group's equipment management. It supports mobile access, multiple users, and could be a good fit for tracking your live traps, drop traps, and carriers across different locations. As a nonprofit, they may offer discounts that could make it more affordable than other options like Sortly or Asset Panda.

    Hello,

Right now, we don't use any software for our TNVR program. As a volunteer, I am the one who meets with the volunteers and has them sign a form. We need to trust them, as we are a non-profit organization with no budget to invest in additional tools beyond the essentials that make our program run smoothly.

We provide our volunteers with traps, food, signs for the program, and sometimes we even have to cover the costs of TNVR for our volunteers.

    Hi Karen,

I hope you're doing well! I'm sorry that you're running into some issues with tracking your equipment, etc.

I'm not sure if you've ever considered Doobert.com but our Case Management module would be perfect for you to manage your TNR operations. We've already helped a few other organizations get set up in the system managing their trap rentals, and community members requesting colony support (trapping, other types of support, etc.).

I'd be interested in learning more about your program and seeing if there is a way we can help you streamline your operations. Plus, the system is very affordable compared to other platforms ($529/year). With that cost, we'd do all the work to get everything set up for you (customized forms, email/text templates, and automated workflows) and you'll get a dedicated support team and training sessions so everyone is comfortable in the system! You'll be up and running a just a couple of days.

If you'd like to hop on a call with me to learn more, feel free to schedule a time on my calendar. I'd love to learn how we can help!
