Hi - I am new to this forum, and wanted to see if anyone has any tips for holding a restaurant fundraiser ? I already have a venue, and an assurance that we can hold a 'Yappy Hour' there, but haven't yet ironed out the details. What percentage of profits do you think would be worthy of our time and effort? 15% - 20%? Any suggestions on where to advertise in the Los Angeles area? I was thinking of Next Door, Facebook, and the usual suspects, but open to any 'outside the box' suggestions for getting the word out, and making this event special.
