How do you set up your volunteer shifts?
What uniform do you require and/or badge?
What jobs do you have volunteers doing (any job descriptions would be amazing)?
How do you go about scheduling volunteers (do you place them in a role, or do they choose)?
What special training do you have them go through and do you have a separate application or waiver that you have them sign?
