Based on what you are describing, you might also want to take a look at AnimalsFirst software. In addition to including a Foster Module to manage the foster animals and foster parents, we also have a mobile Foster app that enables your foster parents to help manage the animals in their care. Based on permissions you control, the foster parent can view and edit information, write bios, notes, complete medical forms, upload photos, and add linked videos. You can also provide individualized permissions to enable foster parents to approve adoptions requests and process payments. The system includes a variety of reports and automated charts and graphs that can be queried for customized reporting. Additionally, there are some enhancements slated for release in the next few months that include scheduling, additional notifications, and two way communications.

Happy Tuesday everyone!
I'm currently trying to find a software to manage our foster program(maybe volunteers too, eventually). Right now, we have fosters using email, social media, calling, texting, showing up to the shelter, etc.
I REALLY want to find a software(can be more than one if necessary) to reign all of this in. Ideally(LOL), I would like to find a software that we can use for people to fill out foster applications, go through orientation, schedule non-emergency appointments, text/email, run reports, etc. I have done a short demo with Better Impact and it seems pretty perfect, but it's geared mostly toward volunteering. I'm totally up to using Better Impact if anyone is familiar with it and wants to give me some pointers with getting started using it for fostering.
I really just want some actual organization to our foster and volunteer programs. It just seems like things are just so chaotic.
