we held the event at our faculty. We had 85 attendees, all auction items were donated, we paid a bartender for insurance purposes, wine was donated, and music was played thru speakers, video we made was used for entertainment was donated time by our photographer, and total proceeds after fees was $65k. We had to pay for bartender, Evite, food, decorations/marketing, event planner, and casino table usage. 

This is a very creative Casino event. Am interested in number of attendees; we’re all Silent Auction items donated; was all good and drink donated; was the venue donated. What was the net received from this event?  Garfield’s Rescue, a homeless cat rescue, S/N/V, foster to adopt org held a Wine & Whiskers fundraiser, whereby venue & wine, food caterer, flowers and music, and all Silent auction items were donated. We also had a silent auction.  Our net was aporx. $7500. I’ll try to download our print fliers, tickets, silent auction sheets and post cards mailed out to potential attendees (ticket sales limited to 112). We sold out!
